為保障您的購物權益並維護商品品質,請於下單前詳細閱讀以下退換貨說明。

一、出貨與商品供應

  • 現貨商品:下單後約 2 個工作日內出貨

  • 預購商品:出貨時間約 7–14 日,實際依廠商到貨狀況為準。

  • 若商品頁標示「售完不補」,表示該款式為限量販售,售完即下架不再補貨。


二、退換貨政策(依據《消費者保護法》)

1. 鑑賞期與申請期限

  • BBAM 提供 14 天安心鑑賞服務(含法定 7 日鑑賞期)。

  • 期限以「收到商品隔日」起算,逾期恕不受理。

  • 「鑑賞期」為檢視商品是否符合預期之猶豫期,非試用期


2. 可退換貨條件

請確保以下條件皆符合:

  • 商品為全新狀態,未穿著、未下水、無異味或髒汙

  • 吊牌、小卡、包裝袋、贈品均須完整附回。

  • 商品不得經人為修改或損壞。

3. 不可退換貨情形

為維護個人衛生,以下商品 恕不適用鑑賞期退換貨

  • 貼身衣物(如內褲、襪子)

  • 特價出清或「售完不補」之商品

  • 已下水清洗、試穿留有痕跡或香氣之商品

⚠️ 若商品為貼身衣物,僅於「出貨瑕疵或明顯破損」情況下可申請更換同款商品。


4. 退換貨流程

(1)申請方式

請於收到商品後 14 日內,透過以下方式聯繫客服:

  • 官方 LINE:提供「訂單編號」或「手機號碼」,並告訴我們需退換貨的商品

(2)寄回要求

經客服確認後,請於 3 日內將商品以 原包裝(含吊牌、贈品)寄回指定地址 / 超商。

(3)退款時程

我們將於收到退貨商品並完成檢驗後,於 14 個工作日內 辦理重新出貨 / 退款。
退款將依原付款方式退回,銀行作業時間約 2–3 日不等。

5. 免費換尺寸服務

  • 每筆訂單可享 一次免費換尺寸服務(售完不補或斷貨商品除外)。

  • 換貨商品須保持全新、包裝完整,並於收到商品後 14 日內提出。

  • 超過一次換貨需求者,需自付來回運費。

三、貼心提醒

  • 建議於穿著前確認尺寸及商品說明,避免尺寸或材質不符合期待。

  • 若商品為贈品、限量款或活動組合,退換時請一併寄回完整內容物。

  • 若因運送造成包裝皺摺或外盒損傷,屬正常狀況,非瑕疵範圍。

BBAM Return & Exchange Policy

Dear Valued Customer,
To protect your shopping rights and ensure product quality, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping & Product Availability

  • In-stock items: will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Pre-order items: usually ship within 7–14 days, depending on supplier arrival times.

  • Items marked “Sold Out / No Restock” are limited and will not be restocked once sold out.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act)

Inspection Period & Deadline

  • BBAM offers a 14-day return and exchange period (including the statutory 7-day inspection period).

  • The 14 days are counted from the day after you receive your package.

  • This period allows you to inspect the product; it does not include usage or trial wear.

Eligible Conditions

Please make sure all the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in brand-new condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, odor, or damage.

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and any gifts must be returned together.

  • The product must not be altered or modified in any way.

Ineligible Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of product defects:

  • Intimate items (sports bras, underwear, socks etc.)

  • Sale / clearance / “Sold Out No Restock” items

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or carry perfume or deodorant scent

⚠️ Intimate apparel may only be exchanged for the same style if it arrives defective or damaged.

Return & Refund Process

How to Apply
Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order via LINE or email.
Please provide your order number, name, and phone number.

Return Requirements
After confirmation, please ship the item back within 3 days using the original packaging (including tags and gifts).

  • If the return is due to a product defect, BBAM will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (size, color preference, etc.), the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are made through the original payment method; banks may require an additional 2–3 days for processing.

Free Size Exchange Service

  • Each order is eligible for one free size exchange (excluding sold-out items).

  • The product must remain brand-new and be requested within 14 days of receipt.

  • Additional exchanges beyond the first one will require the customer to cover round-trip shipping fees.

Friendly Reminders

  • Please double-check your size and comfort before wearing, as worn items cannot be returned.

  • If the product comes with gifts or as part of a bundle, please return all items together.

  • Minor wrinkles or box indentations from shipping are normal and not considered defects.
