親愛的顧客您好,為保障您的權益,請於購買前詳細閱讀以下政策:

一、出貨與商品供應

  • 未標示「預購」之商品皆為現貨,現貨將於 2 日內出貨。

  • 「預購商品」需等待 7–14 日,若現貨數量不足,可聯繫客服詢問貨期或預購指定數量。

  • 標示「數量不足 / 預購 7–14 日」之商品會持續補貨,標示「售完不補」之商品售完即下架。

二、退換貨政策(依據《消費者保護法》)

  1. 退換貨條件

    • 商品瑕疵:若商品有瑕疵(如破損、明顯污漬),請於收到後 7 日內 申請退換貨,運費由我們負擔。

    • 尺寸不合:可享有 更換尺寸服務(標示「售完不補」之斷貨商品除外)。需保持商品全新、無髒污、未下水、包裝完整;寄回運費由買家負擔,寄出新品的運費由我們負擔。

  2. 退款申請流程

    • 若因個人因素(如不喜歡、不合身)欲申請退貨,請於收到商品後 7 日內 聯繫客服,並提供「訂單編號 / 訂購人手機號碼」。

    • 經確認符合退貨條件後,請將商品以原包裝保持寄回,我們將於 收到退貨商品後 14 個工作日內完成退款,因線上退款銀行作業時間為2-3日,退款將延遲到帳。退款將依原付款方式辦理。

  3. 退貨注意事項

    • 不適用七日鑑賞期之商品:基於個人衛生考量,內褲、襪子等貼身衣物僅受理瑕疵退換貨,無法退貨或換貨。

    • 特價及斷貨商品:建議於下單前確認尺寸,售出後恕不接受退換貨。

To protect your rights and ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following policies carefully before placing your order:

1. Shipping & Product Availability

  • Items not labeled as "Pre-Order" are in stock and will be shipped within 2 business days.

  • Pre-order items require a waiting period of 7–14 business days. If stock is insufficient, you may contact customer service for restock information or pre-order specific quantities.

  • Items labeled as "Insufficient Stock / Pre-Order 7–14 days" will be replenished, while items marked "Sold Out – No Restock" will be removed once sold out.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (in accordance with the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act)

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Defective Products: If the product has defects (e.g., damage, visible stains), please apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the shipping costs.

  • Size Exchanges: A size exchange service is available (excluding items labeled "Sold Out – No Restock"). The product must remain brand new, unsoiled, unwashed, and in its original packaging. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer, while the re-shipping fee will be covered by us.

Refund Procedure

  • If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., preference, fit issues), please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number / purchaser’s mobile number.

  • Once your return request is confirmed as eligible, please return the item in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned product.

  • Due to banking procedures, online refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to be credited to your account. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and other intimate items are excluded from the 7-day return policy and can only be returned/exchanged if defective.

  • Discounted & Sold-Out Items: Please confirm your size before placing an order. Once sold, such items are not eligible for return or exchange.
